Product questions
Is it an MES?
No. erp4.us covers the commercial and administrative flow (quotes, purchasing, orders, manufacturing, invoicing). It does not do physical stock management, scheduling, shop-floor time tracking, quality management or after-sales service. If that is your main need, we’ll tell you from the first exchange.
What happens with my emails?
You use a dedicated address; emails are received there, identified and filed. You stay in control: every action (create a quote, ignore…) is triggered by you.
Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI makes estimating suggestions and detects requests in your emails; you validate or correct everything. Your corrections are used to improve the suggestions.
Is an accounting export planned?
It is not offered today: erp4.us does not export to accounting software. Your invoices come out as Factur-X and PDF; what to do next with your accountant is studied case by case during the demo.
Can I import my existing data?
Importing your data is studied case by case; bring the topic to the demo, we’ll look at it with you on your real files.
Does it work on tablet / mobile?
Yes. The interface is responsive: usable on computer, tablet and phone, with nothing to install. There is, however, no dedicated mobile app and no shop-floor mode.
Trust questions
Is my data separated from other companies?
Yes. Each team works in a strictly isolated space; members are invited by the team administrator, with distinct roles.
Where is my data hosted?
Our data is hosted by UpCloud , the high-performance European platform for developers and businesses. A leading European cloud service provider, UpCloud operates a global platform spanning four continents and 15 data centres. Formed in 2011 and headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, the company guarantees a 99.999% SLA for uninterrupted service.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is exportable at any time through the REST API v1, which exposes 13 business resources (quotes, orders, purchases, manufacturing orders, invoices, tasks, documents…). PDF documents (quotes, orders, invoices) are directly downloadable, and an AI agent can also retrieve your data through the MCP server. If you cancel, the full export is reviewed with you before the end of the subscription.
Who can see my quotes?
Only the members you invite into your team.

How long to get started?
A few days: import of your company details, team creation, first quotes. No multi-month configuration project.
Do you offer training?
Guided onboarding is included; training is done on your real cases. See the Pricing page.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel at any time: your access stays open until the end of the paid monthly period and your data is exportable through our API (see the Pricing page).
Is the product available in French?
Yes, the interface is available in French and English.
Security
- Isolation per team, roles and permissions per member.
- Opaque identifiers in URLs (no visible sequential identifiers).
- Activity log: who did what, when.
- Contact form delegated to Fieldgoal: the site carries no form-submission processing — reduced attack surface.
- Contact form protected by Cloudflare Turnstile before submission, in addition to the Fieldgoal delegation.
- API: per-team tokens with explicit permissions; signed webhooks.
