The origin
erp4.us started from a field observation: in a small subcontracting company, quote requests arrive by email with drawings, and everything else — orders, purchases, production, invoices — gets rebuilt by hand, several times. The product was built for this real workflow, not for a theoretical specification.
The team
A small team. You talk to the people who build the product — not to a sales department relaying information.
What we are, what we are not
We do the office of industrial SMEs: quotes, purchasing, orders, manufacturing, invoicing. We don’t do the shop floor: no physical stock management, no scheduling, no time tracking, no quality management, no after-sales service.
How we work
The product evolves continuously, in short cycles. We don’t promise dates on what is not shipped; when something is shipped, it is described in the features.
